Recommendations for a durable M4. I have been using a plastic TM of my brothers just seems fragile. Any recommendations would be great.

What kind of fps are you wanting? I would go with a G&G or an SRC or A&K or KWA I own All four kinds and Jason (tinman) just picked up the Matrix Tactical m-4
And I have a G&G up for sale. But there are alot of good m-4s out there. Next time your down we can let you look at several m-4s from different companies such as A&K G&G Matrix SRC AGM KWA just about all the best ones on the market right now at a good price.

I'm beginning to believe that my A&K is indestructible.
After almost a year with not one failure and 50k+ Rds through it it has been a real trooper.

My research so far leans me towards KWA or G&G.

Any oppositions or bad experiences out there?

Both great guns brands:

What FPS do ya want??

What Price Range??

Those two questions make ALL the difference!!

With a $400 limit you are good to go on most anything.

Are you wanting a m4 CARBINE or M16?

A full-stock gun gives you HUGE choice on battery selection whereas an adjustable stock carbine wired to the front limits your battery choices.

No duck tape works great, lol! Thats the only thing I hate about mine is the wiring to the front

My personal choice would be the GR16 A3

www.ontargetairsoft.com gives us a great discount as members of the field!

That gun will get you a gun that is legal anywhere for FPS along with great range and awesome battery flexibility.

I will soon have the GR-16 A3. I am planning on putting a 120 spring in as an upgrade. I have the GR-16 A3 carbine and it is awesome. I was getting amazing range for a gun that shoots 365. It has a great feel. Can't wait to get the full GR-16. I am also a fan of full stock guns. Just makes the whole battery thing a breeze.

Everything I have seen on KWA says it is a beast of a gun. The only drawback I have heard is that because the tolerances on the gun are so tight, almost no one will work on them. But from what I have seen they require little work.

The A&K LR-300 is a great gun, and several guys at A13 run with them. It is especially good with a box mag.
