Indeed. I am infinitely ready for this game. The destruction that the Red Team shall lay within the vicinity of this Event shall...annihilate all thought, and desperate struggle...for redemption. Twisted Evil

You would be hardpressed to find a set of safety glasses that are NOT z87.1 rated . . . it is that rating that makes them viable in fending off lawsuits. Even a $2 pair will meet that standard.

Based on the feedback from players who plan on attending OBT next week, I don't think folks could get any more stoked. Really looking forward to going to this one myself. First big OP game for Area-13 as a group.

I would suggest anyone that has access to access to a two way radio should probably bring it along. Communication will no doubt be key. At the very least at least one person in a fire team should be carrying a radio.

Who knows......we may even see a little RBK (Rusty Butter Knife) action as well. LOL, that whole ting kind of took on a life of it's own today.

I may only get to go to one Op this summer. Is this the one I should go to or are better ones coming?

There is no travel Op planned anywhere in the state in the coming months that will even be close! PLUS, part of what makes an OP fun is who you roll with . . . this one will have a huge group from A13!

So I am guessing this means my pair of Winchester Shooting Glasses falls under this? Just making double sure because if it doesn't I'm going to need to get something else. Currently working on my full face protection mask but it's not quite finished.

Here is some incentive(s) for you to go, Kramer:

You will be shooting WITH, not being shot BY

1) Tinman.

2) Q.

3) Alpine.

4) PWNY.

5) Ghost.

6) Anyone else whom I have forgotten that I always end up playing AGAINST at Area 13 but have been wishing that there would be an event to where we could all play as a collective team.

There is just something within me that is telling me that when we join our forces together...whew daddy. Gonna be a whole buncha' hell spewin' that day.

Well here's an arm twist for ya. This is the first travel OP for A13 to attend as a team.
So, you will be part of history. The next OP A13 will be involved in, we will probably be hosting.
As far as any special rules go http://www.swampbrigade.org/events.html
There are some uniform requirments but teams will be using colored arm bands.
Hope you and Jester can make it.

Alpine...can you post an itinerary for travel to OBT3 such as meeting time at A13?, departure time? anticipated travel time?, will there be a breakfast stop? Anticipated return time?
Thanks.
