PostSubject: Air Nozzle?   Tue Nov 23, 2010 10:00 pm

OK, i'v been working on a EBR for a week now trying to fix it and get it working. now i put the gun to gether after i thought it was fixed, but it was double and triple feeding. so i took the gun apart agian and found out that on Semi would cycle but this air nozzle would cycle too, but stay in the back postion (see pic for clarification) instead of going all the way forward......which is causing the double feeding. so any help on how to fix it? if it helps i have a garder M120 upgrade kit in it

Iknow alot of people say it is not important but I think it is. Check the timing of the sector gear. make sure the small knock onthe sector gear is at the 1 o'clock postion. And make sure it is the right tappet plate. Let me know if that works.

i'm like Alpine sounds like you're tappet plate not working right check make sure nothing looks broke and it's fitted in correctly if those things are'nt just right they will hang everytime.make sure the little spring is not stretched . I'd also check make sure my nozzle will slide in out with no hanging
